Summary

The research problem starts from the decontextualization between the educational practices in school, the characteristics and needs of the current society and the lack of interest and motivation for learning among students. In this context, the purpose of the research is focused on how to design ICT-mediated learning situations in Physical Education through collaborative teaching as a strategy in order to respond to the requirements of an increasingly technological, changing and uncertain society. The research ends with the presentation of a learning ecosystem model transferable to other educational contexts that favours educational change according to the social demands of contemporary society. The research is justified by numerous studies that emphasize the importance of an educational transformation that advocates for competency based learning, the combination of various learning environments, collaboration and the integration of ICTs in the classroom.
