The UOC has a channel for queries and complaints that provides a confidential means for anyone to report any infringement of the applicable legislation and regulations by a worker of the University of which they are aware, including anonymously. Internal regulations are considered to mean all the UOC's codes, policies, procedures, instructions, protocols, regulations and manuals, among other documents.
How can you file a complaint?
1) Access the queries and complaints channel by clicking below. You will be asked for an organizational code, which is as follows: UOC
You can download the application to your mobile phone if you prefer. The app can be used to make a query using the chat service, while this is impossible from the website.
2) Select the recipient that you would like to receive the message.
3) In the Explanation field, enter all information related to the query or complaint..
4) Select the option I want to identify myself or Click on anonymous.
If you experience any technical problem when filing the query or complaint, file an incident with the help service of the Virtual Campus. Bear in mind that other people apart from the administrators of the channel will be able to view the information you share, which is why you do not have to share any personal details or confidential information.
